Mission Statement

At First Class Nannies and Helpers we understand the difficulties, anxieties and worries associated with finding the right carer for your children. Likewise finding the right work placement can be just as stressful and we understand the importance of listening to the needs and worries of the child carers too! Whether seeking your first or fifth post, or your first or fifth nanny, the decision of where to work or whom to employ never gets any easier.

It is our aim to make this process as simple and worry free as possible, listening to the needs of all concerned and putting to use our vast experience of working within the childcare sector. Our experience helps give us a first hand knowledge of the needs and requirements of families, but also of nannies, enabling us to make the best match possible. To safeguard children to the best of our ability we insist on meeting, interviewing and reference checking all nannies that register with us. All potential applicants are also subject to a check with the Criminal Records Bureau.
